Paving the way to Optimal Health

Dr. Ainsworth was born in Washington, DC and raised in the suburbs of Maryland. She attended a public honors college, St. Mary’s College of Maryland and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science. She then went on to pursue her Masters in Biomedical Science from Barry University graduating with a 4.0 Grade Point Average. In 2003, Dr. Ainsworth graduated from Drexel University School of Medicine and completed her residency training at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center in Internal Medicine, board certified in Internal Medicine in 2006. Dr. Ainsworth became certified with the ABIHM in Integrative and Holistic Medicine in January 2014. She has also trained under renowned expert Dr. Jacob Tietelbaum for Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia syndromes and has completed her auriculotherapy certification with the Auriculotherapy Certification Institute. In addition, Dr. Ainsworth has completed advanced training in Dr. Soliman’s Auricular Allergy Treatment and Auricular Medicine.  She is also certified with ALMA Lasers to bring the most advanced laser technology into her practice. Dr. Ainsworth is a Navy veteran who lives in Spotsylvania, Virginia with her loving and supportive husband, Dr. Darren Ainsworth and 5 amazing children!

Mrs. G has been part of the MD Wellness family since it opened in February 2015.  She resides in the DMV and her pride and joy is her family. This includes her husband, 2 kids, and 7 beautiful grandkids.  She loves to help serve the needs of others!

My name is Adrianna! I’m a Radford University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. I’m a medical assistant here at MD Wellness who is  proud of making a difference one patient at a time. Maya Angelou once said, “We have the opportunity to heal the heart, mind, soul, and body of our patients, their families and ourselves. They may forget our names, but they will never forget how you made them feel."

Tonnie is a Fredericksburg native. Wife and mother of five. With a passion for proactive preventative aging, wellness and aesthetics.

Audrey was born and raised in Alexandria, VA. She has worked in various capacities of the medical field for over 30 years. She wanted to further her career and became a certified EMT who volunteered for Stafford County at Mountain View Rescue Squad. Audrey currently lives in Spotsylvania, Virginia. She has two wonderful sons that are married and grandchildren whom she adores.
